You acknowledge that you are receiving overseas education counselling from Inspired Overseas and authorize us to guide, advise, and communicate with international educational institutions on your behalf, strictly for matters related to your admission and academic interests.
Consent to Information Sharing and Communication
You grant permission to Inspired Overseas to share your academic and personal information with foreign universities, colleges, and relevant institutions for admission-related purposes. You also consent to receive updates, notifications, and service-related communication via email, SMS, or phone calls.
Role and Scope of Services
You understand that admission requirements, course content, eligibility criteria, and academic standards are determined solely by the respective universities or institutions. Inspired Overseas provides guidance and assistance in the admission process only and does not control or administer academic programs.
Course and Program Understanding
You confirm that you have reviewed and understood the details of the programs and courses you are applying for. Inspired Overseas shall not be held responsible for the academic content, structure, or outcomes of any course or program offered by foreign institutions.
No Guarantee of Admission
You acknowledge and agree that Inspired Overseas does not guarantee admission to any university or college. Rejection or refusal of admission may occur due to various reasons beyond our control, and no claims, disputes, or liabilities shall arise against Inspired Overseas in such cases.
Limitation of Liability
Inspired Overseas shall not be liable for any loss, delay, rejection, or adverse outcome resulting from decisions made by universities, immigration authorities, or examination bodies. Our role is limited to advisory and support services only.
